At Mahaarani, we carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in good condition. As our products are prepared and packed specifically for each order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:

- Clear photographs/videos showing the issue
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
2. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and photographs/videos of the product received.
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference or minor colour differences caused by screen settings
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Issues reported after the applicable reporting period
4. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
